What Causes Abnormality In The Heart Beat After Brisk Walk?

I have walked to work about 20min at a brisk pace i feel like my heart in in my throat and lie it stops beating for a few seconds. i then feel like my upper body is wobbling. them it beats fast and then normal for a few more seconds. i am 35 healthy and a little overweight but not much.

Your symptoms come under NYHA class 2 of heart disease..So immediately get an ECG,2 d Echo of your heart,lipid profile to look for any abnormality of your heart.Monitor your blood pressure and heart rate regularly.You may need lipid lowering drugs and anti platelets.Exercise regularly.Eat salt restricted low fat diet.consult your cardiologist for expert management.thankyou
