What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Discharge With Burning Sensation?

OK so I have abnormal discharge it has been going on since a year now maybe. The color varies from clear to a milky white color. It burns when I wipe I think I may be wiping a little too hard. I also have little paper cuts on the labia area haven t noticed any recently but I did have them. My period just ended 4 days ago. My concern pass the abnormal discharge and the burning/itching sensations. Please help

Hello

White vaginal discharge with burning/itching sensation may be due to fungal infection(candida)etc.
You may need clinical examination and further tests.
You may need routine hemogram,random blood sugar,urine RE/ME,culture and sensitivity of discharge etc.
You may need specific drugs for fungus(candida is most common) like clotrimazole.
Clotrimazole tablet(100 mg) of vaginal use can be taken.One tablet is to be inserted deep inside the vagina at night for six consecutive nights.
You may also need perineal wash.It will correct local pH and relieve from symptoms.
