What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Discharge With Back Pain During Pregnancy?

Hi I m 34 weeks pregnant but have a very yellow discharge in my knickers and when I wipe away after toilet sorry to be so graphic but is this normal it s been happening for about 3 days now I m also getting slot of back pain but only at night which makes me think this is normal as its only happening at night Thankyou

The yellow discharge is likely a vaginal yeast infection. These are common in pregnancy.

It can be treated with the use of topical creams/ovules , which would be safe for you to use.
There are different options and your doctor can suggest one for you. Eg canesten, monistat etc

Back pain may be related to the pressure of your abdomen on your back . If it worsens then you can go to your doctor for assessment.
