General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Excessive uterine bleeding could be due to hormonal imbalance, endometriosis, endometrial dysplasia, endometrium cancer, adenomyosis and fibroid.
I would suggest to consult the gynaecologic and undergo reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan, endometrial biopsy to rule out the cause.
You can go for progesteron shot to stop the bleeding.
Along with this tranexamic acid can be useful to reduce the bleeding.
If medicine will not help then lat option is D & C.
Take healthy diet with iron supplements
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
