General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to pelvic inflammatory disease or hormonal disturbance. A pelvic examination should be done by gynecologist and swab to rule out this. Trans vaginal ultrasound examination also will be needed. Pelvic inflammatory disease and endometriosis can be ruled out from ultrasound. If it is pelvic inflammatory condition or infection antibiotic therapy will help you. Hormonal disturbance from conditions like endometriosis also can be managed to some extent by medicinal therapy but some need surgical intervention.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
