normal blood pressure for male is 122 over 88. today it is wierd at a reading of 108 over 66 pulse at normal 75. what could be going on. I exercise regularly and eat red beats out of the garden daily.
I'm 48 years of age aand run the dog nightly 3 - 3-1/2 miles.

Blood pressure can run some really high figures while engaging on a physical activity or while undergoing to a lot of psychological stress. I encourage you to continue to exercise regularly and stay fit. Therefore, from the above said, my opinion is that there is nothing to worry about, and the blood pressure and the heart rate figures are within range.
