Hello I share your concern At first I would like more details for better assessment of the condition like Any history of unprotected sex I m recent past? Date of your last menstrual period I would advise you to do urine pregnancy card test which can be done at home Another possibility is inflammation.or infection of the urogenital tract. If urine pregnancy test comes negative than I would advise you for further investigations like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, Liver function test, blood sugar, urine culture and an ultrasound to establish a diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
