I am 18 years old, and I ve been on the mirena IUD since September 2012. A couple weeks ago I have stomach pains that felt just like contractions and I went to the Emergency room and they done at CT scan and said that they think that I had an ovarian cyst but it popped because I have fluid in the lower abdomen. They took blood but told me everything came back normal. Now I am having a moving feeling in my lower left side of my stomach. The only time I really get the contraction like pain anymore is when I don t eat for a long period of time but it doesn t feel like hunger pains, it actually makes me not want to eat at all because of the pain. What could the fluttering feeling be from?
