What Causes Abdominal Pain,vomiting And Diarrhea?

Initial symptoms happened about 5 years ago when I experienced pain in my upper abdomen are near the xiphoid process. After 2 days, I had a low grade fever that increased to 38C a day after. Added to that, I had symptoms of nausea and vomiting with diarrhea. My vomit was mostly water so does my stool. It was mostly clear fluids. By Sunday, I had already experienced severe vomiting. I convinced the intern in the ER to have me admitted but still with no exact diagnosis. I am 21yrs of age, Male. Grandmother is a diabetic and father has Mild Gouty Arthritis.

I really appreciate your concern, from the history given I could say that it could be hyperacidity that might be causing the pain and vomiting else it may not be anything else, you can try Injection Ondansetron IV, once the vomiting stops PPI can be tried (Proton pump inhibitor) like Omeprazole 40 mg once in day at evening time and it has to be taken for six weeks, your symptoms are nothing to take anything with the history of your grand mother hope this information helps.
