What Causes Abdominal Pain, stomach Bloating And Slight Nausea?

I have been having lower abdominal pain that seems to move into my upper abdomen with a bloated feeling & slight nausea. This has been going on for over a month. I went to have a stool sample, blood tests & xrays. All tests came back normal but was prescribed cipro & flagyl which caused terrible nausea & seemed to feel like my entire digestive tract was inflammed. I had a really good day yesterday, but today the total discomfort is back. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Dear thanks for the question.

It is due to infections in stomach and intestine. You need to complete cipro and flagyl course as it is essential to take antibiotics for a week to remove the infections. For bloated abdomen you can take antacids (omez 20 mg) along with cipro flagyl. You complete the course you will be fine.
