What Causes Abdominal Pains And Diarrhea?

A week ago i had sevre stomach pains, in my left lower side, i went to the toilet every four hours and i had very watery diarhea i also felt sick. I had no pains for a week and then last night i had the sevre stomach pains in the same place exept went to the toliet every hour. I am 27 weeks pregnant.

Hello,

The stomach pain in your lower left side associated with watery diarrhea was due to acute gastroenteritis.

As you are 27 weeks pregnant, should go to ER immediately as you need intravenous replacement therapy to prevent damages to your baby.

Take oral probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora. Drink plenty of water with orar rehydration salts until you go to ER.
