What Causes Abdominal Pain, cramps, headache And Fever?

Hi, I am a 20 year old female. Recently I just got a fever, with headaches, chills, sweating at night, huge loss of appetite (barely are anything the past two days) and stomach pain. I just finished my period as well and I noticed yesterday that my urine was murky? I don t have any pain in my pelvis area or have the urge to urinate a lot, besides abdominal pain. This abdominable pain is different from my usual cramps. I got it yesterday after my period finished. And occasionally some pain in my joints.

Hello,

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist you can consult a gynecologist and get an ultrasound scan done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
