What Causes Abdominal Pain?

Hi I am 18 years old.I've been having abdominal pains for 6 days now.I've been to several hospitals and they gave me CAT scan blood test and urine test..they can't find anything but keep saying I may be developing appendicitis ..I am now in extreme pain and don't know what else to do.can you help me?
