What Causes Abdominal Pain?
Hi since October this year have abdominal pain between the areas where the ileum stomach and kidneys are sitting and standing for long increases the amount of pain it comes in forms of cramps peralyzing serious pains if i drink less water my feaces are difficult to excrete this pains comes and goes but they never miss a day my back hurts aswell

This can represent so many things in the abdomen
1. Acute appendicitis
2. gastritis due to peptic ulcer
3. Colitis due to bacterial infection in good poisoning or non specific colitis
4. constipation especially with hard still
5. mass obstraction especially when you have hard stool
The way forward.
Good physical exaamination by a doctor to establish the side of pain. nature. any swellings
Investigations
1. Full haemogram for infections
2. stool for ova and cyst
3. CT Scan of abdomen for masses in abdomen renal stones.gall stones.
4. urinalysis for kidney. bladder infection.
5. Endoscopy for upper FIT
6. Colonoscopy for Colon pathology.
Treatment.
This will depend On The outcome of investigation
Pain releave very important
vegetables and fruit good to soften the stool
Take alot of water no soften stool
Consult gastroenterologist
