What Causes Abdominal Pain?

these symptoms I have described with acute onset of abdominal pain ct scan shoed no appendix issue and no AAA but possible mal rotation of kidney and kinked ureter . ER called it DEITL s crisis its been since Thursday and the pain has subsided from a 10 to a 4 but will not go away. anything else you think might be causing this im extremely bloated in stomach are and I usually have a very flat stomach because I work out all the time
