What Causes Abdominal Pain?

I am having abdominal pain mid morning. Have been taking OTC generic nexium. Hasn t helped much. Stopped it last week. This week I am having pain mid am and in the afternoon. Think it might be uterus. Peri menopauseal. Naproxen seems to help. Abdomen is tender. Feels like stomach burning and makes it feel like hunger pains. Constant not like menstral cramps.

Hi
It may be gastric problem aswell

you can try out some antacids and do diet management
avoid coffee
eat curd rice regularly
exercise/walking
drink plenty of water/fruit juices
get back after 2 weeks
wish you good health
