What Causes Abdominal Pain With Headache And Fever?

My 5 year old had a 37.7 temp this morning with some mild diarrhoea and central tummy pain, after paracetamol was better and then out at dinner suddenly go central tummy pain and sharp headache and has temp of 38.8 deg Cel. Given paracetamol and she is in extreme pain in her head still after 30 mins and will not move off couch. Any advice??

Hi, you are having stomach infection, take Paracetamol SOS for fever, capsule Omeprazole 20 mg one time a day and start antibiotic ofloxacin and tinidazole combination twice a day. Take bed rest. It will help.
