What Causes Abdominal Pain With Frequent Urination And High BP?

I have had severe abdominal and frequent urination for a long time now. I also have un explained high blood pressure and through a recent MRI of my lumbar spine a .8 cm renal cyst. The radiologist recomends I have an abdominal MRI to follow up further but should I be concerned?

i would like to tell you that kidneys are visualized good by ultrasound abdomen but if you are fat or there is some uncertainty on US you would probably need an MRI or CT scan of abdomen........ as you are having high BP,it is sometimes related with some kidney problem.........you should first go for ultrasound KUB in consultation with your doctor........you should not be worried until youhave a clear diagnosis
