lactose intolerance,parasitesbacterial infection (for example, shigellosis or e. coli),intestinal obstruxion,different medications cause diarrhea such as antibiotics,Crohn disease,
cystic fibrosis.
celiac disease,colitis,
diverticulitis etc.I would advice you to drink plenty of clear liquids, such as water, juice, and broth. Avoid caffeine and alcohol. Eat small amounts of low-fiber, mild foods such as plain toast, rice, and eggs. Avoid spicy, high-fat, and high-fiber foods. You can also use probiotics because they help your digestive system heal.Of course,if you realise that this situation persists for more than three days and the simptoms are not getting better,consult imediately your doctor.
