What Causes Abdominal Pain While Suffering From Elevated Liver Enzymes?

Hi. My doctor has said I have high liver enzymes , high blood pressure and verging on high cholesterol. My stool have been changing from yellow dihorria to long loose yellow. I have had abdominal pains and left lower back pains and I am ready worried. What could this be?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. There are several reasons for elevation of liver enzymes.
Most common cause is fatty liver , alcohol abuse, diabetes and obesity.
Also hepatitis A, B ,C and autoimmune hepatitis .
Also alcohol abuse and some medications including those used for high colesterol levels.
