Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Gastroenteritis is inflammation and infection of the gastrointestinal tract. It is caused by viral or bacterial infection.
It may be also called the stomach flu in some places.

Normally it is diagnosed based on history and examination, tests are not normally done.

It is associated with the symptoms that you have mentioned- vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, fatigue, abdominal pain.

Green stool can occur in diarrhea because the stool is passing out so frequently that there is no time for the bile to change as it normally would.

The main aspects of treatment is preventing or treating dehydration. It would be best to use oral rehydration solutions or sport drinks like gatorade. These would give her back fluids and electrolytes

Small amounts frequently initially till she can tolerate more. This means 1 tsp to 1 tbs every 5 mins for 1 hour then increase if tolerates.

Probiotics would also help either on their own or in yogurt.

I hope this helps
