What Causes Abdominal Pain Radiating Up The Arms In Diabetic Neuropathy Patients?

sir i pain in lower right side of abdomen which increase while i try to nap in after noon, pain radiates in right arm and right leg i have diabetic neuropathy , aneuryms in heart (LCx non dominant), please help i feel discomfort and can;t rest my body

The first concern that I would have would be constipation if it is far down to the right. Your history of diabetes makes you more likely to have a slower gut as well.
