What Causes Abdominal Pain Radiating To Back?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i have been getting a really sharp pain from the right side of my stomach/abdominol to the left side for the last 3 days which then travels round my back what could it be it really does hurt me and keeps me up at night

Hello,
Pain in the abdomen and radiating to the back may be due to pancreatitis or cholecystitis or perforated peptic ulcer disease etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Use tablet Pantoprazole.
If symptoms not improved get it done ultrasound abdomen and serum amyloid or lipase.
Consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
