What Causes Abdominal Pain Post Acute Pyelonephritis Treatment?

Yes. I was treated at the end of december (4 day stay in hospital) for acute pyelonephritis. They initially thought they would need to do surgery but did not. I now have significant flank pain but also some abdominal pain in the front. I was told because of where this stone is located that I will not be able to pass it. Is the abdominal pain normal? I am also running a temp and have had a few bouts of vomiting.

HI
Well come to HCM
If it is history of some renal pathology is recent within this month so chances of reappearing of infection is very likely and this need rule out, if it is stone there then this could be likely cause of your symptoms, some time infection may not be eradicated completely if patient is female, now condition need be revive again for infection and stone , hope this information helps, take care.
