What Causes Abdominal Pain On The Right Side?
I started feeling an uncomfortable pain/ache in my right side six days ago. The pain has gotten worse every day and is spreading. I now feel it toward the middle of my back and down to my groin area. It hurts constantly and is sensitive to the touch. Ibuprofen helps temporarily.

Most probably it might be due to minor stones somewhere in your urinary tract. We have to rule out other causes also.
You can consult a general surgeon and get an ultrasound scan done.
As of now, you can take analgesics like Hyoscine for symptomatic relief.
