What Causes Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Dizziness?

Hello, I am a 28 year old male. I have been having very bad abdominal pain, and I just got my blood tests back and everything is normal except I have elevated levels of sgpt (122) and sgpt (53) I am 6 4, and 235 pounds. I get tons of physical exercise and try and eat healthy. I do not drink alcohol, and the only type of recreational drug I use is marijuana (I live in Colorado where it is legal) I have also been having blackouts, nausea, dizziness, drastic weight loss without changing my day to day activities or diet. My doctor is kind of stumped and I don t have insurance so going about this out of pocket is costly, and I want to be steered in the right direction. I have been dealing with this pain now for quite some time. I have had 2 blood tests within the past 2 months and both came back elevated on both sgpt and sgot. Any feed back would be apprecuated, thank you

Hello Dear. Your liver enzymes are elevated. You need to cut down on drinking alcohol. Also there is a tablet Liv-52 which is excellent for liver diseases. You need to take it for a month. Also try to follow few tips to avoid gastritis

1. Do not eat spicy food
2. Take medications without fail as prescribed by your doctor
3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8am, small snack at 11am, lunch at 1pm, small snack at 4pm and dinner at 8pm
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea
6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis
7. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day
8. Learn meditation techniques
9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
