What Causes Abdominal Pain, Lightheadedness, Fatigue And Throat Pain?
Ive been having pain in the center abdomen with lightheadedness trouble breathing real weak and lethargic with left side neck and throat pain. Had 2 chest x rays which were normal and my lungs are clear. Had a complete blood count and a basic metabolic panel both of which came back normal. It has been 2 weeks plus of feeling like this. Thank you.

I appreciate your concern, if the x-ray and blood test are unremarkable as far as the complaint of abdomen pain and other symptoms are concern then the only condition that could be responsible for these symptom is hyperacidity in my opinion it can be given try with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, for the pain Tab Dicyclomine can be tried hope this information helps.
