What Causes Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

I know all labour is different but this is my 3rd pregnancy and I am only 34weeks and 5 days since last night I have been getting pain that has been coming and going all day but it has gotten more intense over the night. It comes and goes and it normally only last for 5 minutes then goes and then about 5-10 minutes later it comes back I have also been leaking tiny bit of clear fluid and it does not smell. Does that mean I am going into labour?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
The pains what you are describing is not suggestive of true labour pains. Also, small quantity of fluids leaking out of vagina could be vaginal and cervical secretions.
Kindly keep a watch on the progress of pain and leak what you are experiencing, along with fetal movements.
In case the pain becomes more intense and frequent, along with leaking of fluid, you need to seek medical attention promptly.
You can however get an ultrasound scan done to know the status, if you are in doubt.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
Regards,
