What Causes Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

I m 6 weeks pregnant and I held my poo in for a couple days and now I have little sharp pains it doesn t feel like the normal pregnancy cramping I ve been getting, i have gone to the toilet since but the sharp pains persist, what is the pain from is it a sign of a miscarriage or is it got something to do with my bowl movements?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on your description it appears that the abdominal pain what you are experiencing could be due to bowel movements caused by constipation.
Kindly drink good quantities of fluids along with intake of diet rich in fibre. Also, you can take stool softener such as Isabgol Husk powder.
Kindly avoid constipation and do the follow-up scan as advised.
