What Causes Abdominal Pain, Back Pain, Spotting And Smelly Vaginal Discharge?
I have a fishy smell down there and constant stomach cramps and back pain where my kindeys are. When I use tampons it hurts so badly.. and I have a sometimes fishy sometimes musty smelling discharge. And sometimes have spotting. Im always super drained for no reason and I feel nauseated all the time. Help me!

A fishy smelling vagina is indicative of an infection (most probably bacterial vaginosis), which is why you are also experiencing pain while inserting the tampon. Make sure you are careful and alert with your tampons, and that you do not leave it in for too long. Visit a doctor as you will undoubtedly require antibiotic coverage.
