Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Urinary tract infection followed by testicular swelling is a clear indication of epidydimo orchitis which in simpler words means infection has spread to his testis and reproductive tubes. But it is a common complication of UTI. I would advice you to continue with antibiotics and for the pain I would advice taking Tab.piroxicam 10 mg twice a day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
