What Causes Abdominal Pain And Painful Intercourse Despite Having Crohn S Disease?

I have Crohn s disease, 18 inches of small bowel & colon removed & resectioning, a total hysterectomy, an appendectomy, & My gallbladder removed. I also have had to have laproscopic twice, & once opened up from My bellybutton down to remove scar tissue. I have had a severe pain in My lower right abdomen that mimics an appendicitis or Crohn s relapse but it hurts worse before, during, & after urinating, & sexual intercourse is very painful as well. All My labs & urine all come back clean. I am starting to hurt down My right leg to My knee now, went to Family Dr on Wednesday & I am on 2 antibiotics until I see My gastrologist on Tuesday, & My obgyn on Thursday.

Madam, the no.of surgical procedures underwent in past besides Crohn disease and one for removing a scar laparoscopically has created a situation progressive sometime which we recognize as post op adhesions. These get glued to any surrouding organ or tissues and present with vague pain & later. these adhesions tend to pull / push or restrict their mobility of such structure/s.
Depending upon severity and progress reoperation may be only way to be free of symptons. Do consult a general surgeon besides the gynae and gasrto team for a holistic desicision
