What Causes Abdominal Pain And Nausea?

For 3 consistent weeks I have been having bad abdominal pain. Whenever I eat afterwards I get sick to my stomach , like a puking naseaous feeling , and it lasts 3 to 4 hours every time after I eat no matter what I m eating. Recently in the past 2 days I have been getting sharp stabbing pain in the right side of my stomach with tenderness to the touch . I then went to the hospital where they did ultrasounds and blood work that came out normal, the pain and feeling in my stomach had not subsided since I ate yesterday at 7:40 pm . I haven t yet puked except for tonight where my vomit was gray , I am very concerned and would like to know what I should do or what it may be .

As you mentioned you have problem of abdominal pain that may be because of gastric ulcer or other reasons.
Special investigation like endoscopy examination give exact idea about problems.

Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Detail history and investigation give exact idea about problems.
Treat underling cause.

Avoid spicy food and too fatty foods.
Avoid gaseous food like cabbage,cauliflower, carbonated drinks etc..
