What Causes Abdominal Pain And Dull Pain In The Testicles?

I have dull pain in right testicle, its not constant but i can feel it when i touch upper part of right testicle, m also experiencing right lower abdominal pain and back pain too....the abdominal pain appears while sitting or movement while laying... The pain is mostly at the back side of right abdomin...m really confused... There is no problem in urination and no fever or any other symptoms but pain is constant and dull... What could cause this?? M really scared

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your uncle and understood your concerns.
Pain in the right testicle, right lower abdomen and lower back indicate that the pain is related to wither of the three areas you mentioned.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Get a clinical evaluation done by a General surgeon, examination and ask for the following investigations: Ultrasonography and color doppler of the scrotum and whole abdomen, particularly for genito-urinary system.
Urine for culture and sensitivity, routine and microscopy.
Blood for CBC and other tests as may be advised.
MRI of the spine if spinal cause is suspected that is causing the referred pain in the abdomen and the scrotum.
The treatment will be as per the cause thus found.
