What Causes Abdominal Pain And Distention Along With Fever And Vomiting?
i have been ill for the past 3 weeks. Distended stomach, painful abdomen, on and off fevers (99-101), vomiting daily, nausea and FATIGUE. I have fainted twice and am dizzy on a daily basis. My heart is fine. CT with Contrast....normal. My lipase is low and my WBC and RBC are high as well as my neutrophils. I ve had my galbladder removed. Any ideas on what is going on with me?

Hi,
As your gallbladder is removed and your CT is normal. You are suffering from an intestinal infection.
You need antibiotic as Ofloxacin, Ornidazole, etc. For stomach ache, tab. Pantoprazole, Domperidone, etc. As these are prescription drugs, please contact a local doctor, he will prescribe these. Take light food for the next 4 or 5 days.
