What Causes Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea With Blood In Stool?

Hello, I am a male, 21 years old. I have no previous medical history of serious illness. I am relatively fit and healthy and eat a moderately balanced diet.
On Wednesday morning I started experiencing abdominal pain with diarrhoea. The pain lessened today (Thursday) and my episodes of diarrhoea have become less frequent. In the last two loose motions I have had, there has been fresh red blood in the stool. I have taken two sachets of rehydration treatment today to replace lost fluids. Should the blood be something I should be concerned about?
Many thanks.

yes, fresh blood in stool could be an anal fissure with diarrhea and infection, you have to get Flagyl 500mg tab twice daily, and Ciproflxacin 50mg twice daily, and buscopan tab twice daily, and get a surgical consultation for suspected piles
