I really appreciate your concern, if this is asymptomatic then wait for some time it may be nonspecific and if it goes on increasing in size and becomes tender then it need to be brought to investigations, and if this cause pain and burning sensation then it could be infection, oral mouth application can be tried and best would be "Povidone Iodine" gargle, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
