Hi I m Taryn I ve been having some stomach pains in my right lower abdomen for 5 days now and it s hard to poop but I ve always had a hard to going poop for sometime now and it s now starting to hard when I try to pee ! Thanks for the query

From the history you have given it looks like you are suffering from colitis. I suggest you the following things

1. Drink syp lactulose 15 ml at night
2. 8 glasses of water per day
3. Add lots of fruits and vegetables to your diet
4. Avoid oily food items, milk and milk products

If the problem persists please visit your GP for examination and further management
