What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bowel Movement Whenever Sneezed?

I have been having pain in my abdomen. It feels like my intestines are knotting up. It usually happens when I sneeze, laugh or when I'm having a bowel movement. The first time it happened was 4 months ago and it has been happening more often in the past couple of weeks (3-4 times a week). I do not have diarrhea and no vomiting however, I am nauseous quite often (at least once per day...usually after I eat).
