What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bloating Along With Bladder Pressure?

Hi , I have an distended abdomen which has got worse over the last few days. My whole stomach feels swore and painful to touch. I have bloating ,urgency but not frequency of urination, I have increased bowel movement but no diarrhoea. I have waves of nausea and tonight have felt faint on and off at one point having a pulse of 41 and a blood pressure of 110/70 . My b/p is now 140/80 pluse 57

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of abdominal pain and bloating along with bladder pressure. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like consuming foods known to cause gas in some people, such as milk products that contain lactose, broccoli, appendicitis, crohn’s disease, gastroenteritis, irritable bowel syndrome or urinary tract infection. You should take plenty of fluids. I would suggest you to avoid above mentioned foods , eat light and non spicy specially at night , take light walk after every meal , Take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain , eat small and frequent meals. If condition doesn't get well then consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound , endoscopy along with stool test . Doctor may prescribe laxative , anti inflammatory along with antacids . Doctor may also refer you to urologist for condition like UTI .
