Hello and welcome to HCM,
Abdominal pain, fever and loose motions are suggestive of gastrointestinal (GI) infection.
Infection of GI tract can be bacterial or viral.
Typhoid fever is one of the bacterial infections that can infect GI tract and cause fever, abdominal infection and loose motions.
Typhoid fever is diagnosed by Widal test, however, the test comes out to be negative if you have taken prior antibiotic.
Viral gastroenteritis is usually self limiting but can recurr.
Bacterial infection is treated by antibiotics.
Stool examination can also detect presence of infection in the GIT.
Thus, get a stool test and consult your primary healthcare provider for a course of antibiotics.
Fatty liver grade I is a reversible change in liver.
Reversal of factors causing fatty liver can reverse this condition.
Causes of fatty liver are alcohol,
diabetes mellitus, obesity,
malabsorption etc.
If any of these risk factors are present, reversal is required to reverse the fatty change.
Thanks and take care
