What Causes Abdominal Pain After A C-section?

After 6 month of Cesarean suffering from lower abdominal pain. My mc started after 4 month of Cesarean. Lots of blood discharge. Again my sec m.c started and it s stay for 5 days. And m suffering from lower abdominal pain with blood just after 10 days. Plz help me

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Caesarean section usually do not cause any such problems and thus the cause may be related to the uterus or any other organs in the lower abdomen and thus can be due to colitis, enteritis, diseases related to the fallopian tubes or ovaries.
If the cramps are related to the menstrual periods then I would advise you to consult your Gynecologist for clinical examination, per-vaginal examination to see for any tenderness and investigations like Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen and CT scan if needed. Proper management then can be done.
If the Gynecological causes are not present then you should consult a General Surgeon for examination and investigations to get a proper cause and get treated accordingly.
