What Causes Abdominal Obesity And Tiredness After Food Consumption?

I have been suffering from stomach disorders since 20 years and have tried various medicines viz., Omeprazole, Panto prazole, Ranitidine, AlpraxPlus etc. Now I find that my stomach have almost lost its disgesting powers. I am 43 year old male from south India. Inspite of consuming of very little quantity of food and exercising regularly, I have pot belly and immediately after having food I feel very tired for the first half an hour. I am a pure vegetarian and have a very active life style. Please suggest a way out of this tangle. P.S.Mahadevan
