What Causes Abdominal Gas?
I am feeling slight heaviness around certain parts of my right abdomen. It is not constant, no pain or other symptoms. When I press those places I have a few burps or I pass wind thru anal. My apetite is great and infact increasing I am 36 yrs, 6feet and 115 kgs.

As per the history you have provided , your problem looks to be a stricture of the colon in this particular part. This is one disease which has the least symptoms and hence this is easily missed out.
You should undergo colonoscopy, CT scan abdomen to confirm the diagnosis.
If the stricture is tight you have to undergo active treatment.- may be surgical .
Prepare yourself.
