Well come to HCM
Thank for choosing HCM, I had gone through the history given, it may not be the abdomen swelling but it seems to be distension or the protuberance belly because of obesity, since you do not have any symptoms then it is nothing to worry because it is not the swelling but could be the distension and it could be due to flatulence, ideally condition needs clinical observation for better confirmation, hope this information helps.
