What Causes Abdominal Cramps, Diarrhea And Nausea?
I suddenly had severe cramps, diarrhea and nausea about an hour ago. My daughter said I passed out. I had cold sweats and both hands got tingly and they were shaking. It came on suddenly. I seem to feel fine now. To give you a little background...my brother passed away a little over a week ago. Could this be stress related?

As I understand it could be due to stress or may be due to gastroenteritis . In either case immediate treatment is mandatory .I suggest you to immediately consult health care setting as iv fluids and injectables drug are required in such condition.
