What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Spotting Post Insertion Of IUD?

Hello, I have my copper coil fitted for a year now. Now I m two days late for my period, done two pregnancy tests over a week ago(both negative). However last to days I had really light brownish/reddish discharge and some cramp(period pains). Is it something I should be concerned about? Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, such irregular menses is pretty common and this may not be due to pregnancy and no need to worry about this, this is nothing to take with the IUD hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
