What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Pink Vaginal Bleeding After Having Unsafe Sex?
Is it implantation bleeding or period? My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex about a week ago. He didn t ejaculate in me but he pre ejaculated. Before we had sex, I was cramping off and on. This week, I was cramping and my discharge was white and creamy but it was in little amounts. My boobs have been tender and hurting. Two days ago I began to see light red in my discharge, then later my discharge was clear stringy and had red in it too. Then yesterday I began heavy bleeding, I wore a pad. Today it s way lighter, seems like it stopped but I m still wearing a pad because maybe it s my period. I m very irregular. I usually have my periods for 7 days. I miss my periods one or two months. On my period app, it says i was due for my period in three weeks.

It becomes difficult to time the ovulation when menstrual cycles are irregular.
Thus, you may take up a urine pregnancy test to look for pregnancy.
The urine pregnancy test is positive in case conception has taken place.
If the urine pregnancy test is negative, pregnancy is ruled out.
The cramping pain before having sex could be due to onset of menstruation.
Tenderness of breasts is observed in some women before the onset of periods.
Thus, your history is suggestive of cramping pain, discharge which is white to red followed by bleeding.
This is probably the onset of menstruation.
Irregular menstrual cycles can be regularized with hormonal treatment.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for prescription of suitable drugs for regularizing menstrual cycles.
