What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Pain In The Lower Back?

Hi,I'm sarah. I've been burping and farting a lot lately. And I feel some cramps in my stomach. Its not really painful but its disturbing and my lower back is kinda sore I think? And also the side of my stomach. And I feel some air or i don'tknow what it is, but its beating and disturbing. Thanks for answering.

Hello,

Your bleeding could be due to hormonal imbalance caused by so many things. Drink a lot of warm water and soft diet. High protein diet with lots of vegetables and fruits.
