What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Ovulation Pains?

I started having cramps about 2 weeks before my period, I ve read online that it could be ovulation pains that can last a few min to two days. But now each month these cramps and the menstrual cramps are getting worse and are reaching well over two days sometimes even up to the period. The ovulation pain is a very sharp pain and does not go away unless I take pain killers. The bleeding usually heavy but has not been getting heavier. The menstrual pain is very bad and has been getting worse lately. My poo is light in color with black pellets . I am 19 years old.
